2004
First Gelato Encounter
Discovered my inaugural gelato experience by Lake Como in Italy and instantly became enamored with its irresistible flavors.
2007
Master Franchisee Gelatissimo Malaysia
Began as the master franchisee for Gelatissimo in Malaysia.
2010
Founded “Chocolato”
Established “Chocolato,” a premier chocolate and gelato cafe in Singapore.
2010
Epicure’s Magazine top 10
Recognized among Epicure Magazine’s top 10 Gelato destinations in Singapore.
2011
Gelato Workshop
Established a gelato workshop in Singapore for hosting gelato master classes.

Central Production Kitchen
Established a gelato central production kitchen and initiated B2B supply to 5-star hotels in Singapore.

Singapore Pastry Alliance Committee Member
Appointed as a committee member of the Singapore Pastry Alliance.

Southeast Asia Brand Ambassador
Appointed as the brand ambassador for Fabbri in Southeast Asia.
