Discovered my inaugural gelato experience by Lake Como in Italy and instantly became enamored with its irresistible flavors.

Master Franchisee Gelatissimo Malaysia

Began as the master franchisee for Gelatissimo in Malaysia.

2010

Founded “Chocolato”

Established “Chocolato,” a premier chocolate and gelato cafe in Singapore.

Epicure’s Magazine top 10

Recognized among Epicure Magazine’s top 10 Gelato destinations in Singapore.

Gelato Workshop

Established a gelato workshop in Singapore for hosting gelato master classes.

Established a gelato central production kitchen and initiated B2B supply to 5-star hotels in Singapore.
